A Few Words About Me

I am a registered Counseling Psychologist (License No. 878) based in Limassol. My work is grounded in creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where each individual can explore themselves and grow.

Education & Professional Training

​

I completed my undergraduate studies in Psychology at the University of Cyprus in 2019, followed by my postgraduate studies in the three-year Applied Counseling Psychology program at the University of Nicosia.

​

During my postgraduate studies, I completed 1,000 hours of supervised practical training at:

• Research and Counseling Services Center (ΚΕΣΥ)

• Multipurpose Center for Social Services “Agios Ioannis o Eleimon”

• Multipurpose Elderly Care Center of Tseri

Clinical Experience & Services

​

Currently, I maintain a private practice in Limassol, offering individual psychotherapy, child and adolescent psychotherapy, parent counseling, couples therapy, as well as experiential and psychoeducational workshops.

Additionally, I work as a Counseling Psychologist at the Multipurpose Center for Social Services “Agios Ioannis o Eleimon,” providing individual counseling, coordinating psychoeducational groups, and supervising the practical training of postgraduate psychology students.

Therapeutic Approach & Philosophy

I am currently training in a four-year Systemic Psychotherapy program as well as in Solution-Focused Therapy. I strongly believe in the importance of continuous education and approach my work with responsibility, empathy, and faith in every individual’s capacity to grow and shape their own life.
